Perfect for an Indian Summer, when the nights are still warm but the juicy blackberries are at their best. We source ours directly from the hedgerows bordering the distillery, still warm with the last breath of summer.
- 45ml Suffolk Dry Gin
- 15ml Chambord
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- A handful of freshly picked blackberries
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the Suffolk Dry Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup and shake well. Half fill a short old-fashioned glass with crushed ice and strain the mixture into the glass. Float the Chambord on top and add your blackberries. Watch the rich colours swirl and then enjoy. The perfect way to toast farewell to the end of summer.
