GIN RECIPES WITH A MODERN TWIST
This is our variation on a popular favourite. Our pink Strawberry and Cucumber Gin looks, and tastes, just the part for this summer tipple – cooling and refreshing for those long summer nights.
Ingredients:
30ml Strawberry and Cucumber Suffolk Gin
90ml good quality tonic water
1 ripe strawberry cut into quarters
Basil or cucumber garnish
Method:
Simple pour the Strawberry and Cucumber Suffolk Gin over ice into a highball or collins glass, add your strawberry and slightly bruise with a cocktail mixer to release even more of the sweet strawberry flavour. Top up with your tonic water and add a thin slice of cucumber or sprig of basil as a garnish. Stir, put your feet up and enjoy.
