The original and the best, the gin martini has long been a favourite for mixologists worldwide and it is perhaps the most experimented with of all the martinis. Our recipe sticks to the original and best – the dry martini.
90ml Suffolk Dry Gin
7.5ml dry vermouth
1 green olive, or lemon rind if you prefer
Add the Suffolk Dry Gin and dry vermouth to a mixing glass with 5-6 cubes of ice and stir vigorously. Once well combined, strain into an ice-cold martini glass and garnish with your olive or lemon peel. Perfection.
